What are we doing? The first annual 2015 Chicago Hoop Festival will be held in the fall. Chicago Hoop Festival is a positive and healthy way to strengthen and heal the city of Chicago in a fun and meaningful way.
Why we are doing it? This is an opportunity to strengthen the city of Chicago with joy and give back to the world. 10% of the proceeds from the 2015 festival will be given to the Food for Life School in Vrindavan, India. Chicago Hoop Festival is proudly benefiting Food for Life, a humanitarian aid organization providing schooling, food and medical care to girls in Vrindavan, India. Food for Life was chosen this year after a recent pilgrimage to India. During this trip founder of Chicago Hoop Festival, Cindy Huston, gifted students with their first ever hoop. The excitement from the teachers and students alike was through the roof!
What can I do to help? We need your contribution to make Chicago Hoop Festival happen! Connect directly with our attendees as well as extensive brand exposure through the festival’s marketing campaign. Donate a product to be auctioned or raffled, share your services at the festival, become a Chicago Hoop Festival Sponsor, volunteer, promote the event, and invite Chicago Hoop Festival to your business for a hoop day. Help us exceed our goal of $10,000 for Food for Life before September 2015. Estimated Attendance: 150 +
What will I get for my contribution? Your contribution will be recognized on the Chicago Hoop Festival website, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), printed materials, and other advertising for the 2015 festival. These advertisements will be throughout the city of Chicago and Chicagoland area. Advertisements will appear in social media, yoga studios, gyms, coffee shops, Yoga Chicago Magazine, and more.
